Monitoring and Control System
The Videobet server-supported network comes with an advanced, high-end back office application, the MCS - Monitoring and Control System. This advanced tool includes the following three modules:

Office MCS
Located in the operator’s office, it is the core of the management system and enables remote, realtime monitoring and control over the entire operation. It is primarily used for managing operations, employee management, monitoring machine settings, control of cashier stations and machine content management.

Cashier MCS
It provides all the functionalities required for handling and monitoring on-site monetary transactions such as: machine monitoring and control, end-of-day clearance, cashless transactions, player tracking and basic reports.

Web MCS
It enables remote management of gaming operations supporting Videobet terminals and performs many of the same functionalities as the Office MCS from any location with Internet access.
